KOSO is pleased to announce that on January 23, 2007 it purchased the assets of M-Mac Actuators Inc. thus created Koso M-Mac International.

KOSO is comprised of a number of diversified equipment manufacturers that primarily support the industrial controls market. Founded in 1965 and headquartered in Tokyo , Japan , Nihon Koso has a worldwide network of production and sales locations.
