M-MAC's Latest Development
Combined Force - Position Actuator
M-MAC has built its first 4” actuator with integral position sensing to add
to its product line of self contained Electric Hydrostatic Actuators.
This actuator is used in a cyclic testing application where a displacement /
force profile is plotted at various velocity levels. Driven by a
3G3JV-A2037A Omron Variable Frequency Drive with PLC control, position
feedback from the Temposonic transducer and feedback from two pressure
transducers installed at each end of the actuator, closes a loop to the PLC.
This is now a fully closed loop position, force and speed system.
